By accessing, browsing, or using the BoomEpicKill website (boomepickill.com), including all associated pages, features, content, and services (collectively, the "Service"), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use the Service.
These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User," "you," or "your") and BoomEpicKill ("we," "us," "our," or "BEK"). Your continued use of the Service after any modifications to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms apply to all visitors, users, participants, and any other individuals who access or use the Service, regardless of how they access it (desktop, mobile, or any other device).
2. Eligibility
To use the Service and participate in any leaderboard competition, you must meet all of the following requirements:
- You must be at least 18 years of age, or the legal gambling age in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher.
- You must reside in a jurisdiction where online gambling is legal and permitted.
- You must not be a person who is self-excluded, banned, or restricted from gambling activities by any regulatory authority, casino, or self-exclusion program.
- You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
- You must comply with all applicable local, state, national, and international laws and regulations regarding online gambling and contest participation.
Important: It is your sole responsibility to determine whether online gambling and participation in leaderboard competitions is legal in your jurisdiction. BoomEpicKill makes no representations or warranties regarding the legality of gambling in your location.
We reserve the right to request proof of age, identity, and residency at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation may result in immediate disqualification from any competition and forfeiture of any pending prizes.
3. Account & Registration
Participation in the leaderboard competition requires registration with our partner casino using the designated referral code. By registering, you agree to the following:
- You will provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and maintain the accuracy of such information.
- You will create only one account. Multiple accounts by the same individual are strictly prohibited and will result in disqualification.
- You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
- You accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.
- You will immediately notify us of any unauthorized use of your account or any other security breach.
We reserve the right to refuse registration, suspend, or terminate any account at our sole discretion, with or without cause, and with or without notice.
4. Leaderboard Competition
The BoomEpicKill leaderboard tracks qualifying wagers placed through our partner casino using the designated referral code. The following rules govern the competition:
- Tracking: Wagers are tracked automatically through our partner casino's affiliate tracking system. BoomEpicKill does not independently process, handle, or store financial transactions.
- Season Duration: Each leaderboard "season" runs for one calendar month, beginning at 12:00 AM UTC on the first day of the month and ending at 11:59 PM UTC on the last day of the month, unless otherwise announced.
- Qualifying Activity: Only wagers placed on qualifying games through the partner casino using the designated referral code count toward leaderboard standings. The specific qualifying criteria may change from season to season and will be communicated in advance.
- Rankings: Leaderboard rankings are determined by total qualifying wager volume during the season period. In the event of a tie, the player who reached the tied amount first (by timestamp) will be ranked higher.
- Display: Leaderboard standings are updated periodically and may not reflect real-time data. There may be delays between wager activity and leaderboard updates.
Season changes: We reserve the right to modify the structure, duration, rules, qualifying criteria, and prize distribution of any leaderboard season at any time. Changes will be communicated through the website and/or our Discord community.
BoomEpicKill reserves the right to void, adjust, or recalculate any leaderboard standings in cases of suspected fraud, abuse, technical errors, or violations of these Terms.
5. Prizes & Payouts
Prizes are awarded to the top-ranking players at the conclusion of each leaderboard season, subject to the following conditions:
- Prize Pool: The total prize pool for each season is announced at the beginning of the season or as soon as it is confirmed. Prize pools are funded through BoomEpicKill's partnership arrangements and are not derived from participant entry fees or wagers.
- Distribution: Prize distribution among qualifying positions (e.g., top 10) will be announced before or at the start of each season.
- Payout Method: Prizes will be distributed via a method determined by BoomEpicKill, which may include cryptocurrency, bank transfer, casino balance credit, or other payment methods. BoomEpicKill will make reasonable efforts to accommodate recipient preferences.
- Payout Timeline: Prizes will be distributed within 30 days of the conclusion of a season, pending completion of any required identity verification and fraud review.
- Verification: Prize recipients may be required to verify their identity, age, and account ownership before receiving payouts. Failure to complete verification within 14 days of request will result in forfeiture of the prize.
- Taxes: All prize recipients are solely responsible for reporting and paying any applicable taxes on prizes received. BoomEpicKill does not withhold taxes and will not provide tax forms unless required by law.
- Forfeiture: Prizes are non-transferable. Any violation of these Terms, including but not limited to fraud, multi-accounting, or collusion, will result in immediate forfeiture of all prizes.
No guarantee: Prize pools and amounts are subject to change. BoomEpicKill reserves the right to modify, reduce, or cancel prize pools at any time if circumstances require, including but not limited to changes in partnership agreements or suspected widespread fraud.
6. Referral Code Usage
The referral code "BOOMEPICKILL" (or any designated variant) must be used at the time of account registration with the partner casino to qualify for leaderboard tracking. The following applies:
- The referral code must be applied during initial registration. Retroactive application of codes is not supported.
- Each individual may use the code only once, on a single account.
- The code is provided for personal use only and may not be resold, redistributed for commercial purposes, or used in connection with any unauthorized promotional activity.
- BoomEpicKill is not responsible for codes entered incorrectly, codes applied to the wrong platform, or any issues arising from the partner casino's registration process.
7. Casino Partner Relationship
It is important to understand the relationship between BoomEpicKill and our partner casino:
- BoomEpicKill is not a casino. We do not operate, manage, license, or control any gambling platform, game, or financial transaction.
- BoomEpicKill operates as an independent affiliate and content creator. Our relationship with the partner casino is a marketing/affiliate arrangement.
- All gambling activity, including deposits, wagers, withdrawals, game outcomes, and account management, is conducted entirely through the partner casino and is governed by the partner casino's own terms of service, privacy policy, and applicable gambling regulations.
- BoomEpicKill has no access to, control over, or liability for any funds deposited with or held by the partner casino.
- Any disputes regarding gambling activity, account balances, game outcomes, or transactions must be resolved directly with the partner casino.
- BoomEpicKill does not guarantee the solvency, reliability, fairness, or regulatory compliance of any partner casino.
Due diligence: Users are encouraged to independently verify the licensing, reputation, and regulatory standing of any casino they choose to use. BoomEpicKill's partnership with a casino does not constitute an endorsement of that casino's financial stability or business practices.
8. User Conduct
By using the Service, you agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities:
- Creating multiple accounts to manipulate leaderboard rankings or claim additional prizes.
- Using any automated system, bot, script, or software to interact with the Service or manipulate leaderboard standings.
- Colluding with other users to artificially inflate wager volumes or manipulate rankings.
- Exploiting any bug, glitch, or vulnerability in the Service or partner casino.
- Engaging in money laundering, fraud, or any other illegal financial activity.
- Harassing, threatening, or abusing other users, community members, or BoomEpicKill staff.
- Posting or sharing content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, defamatory, obscene, or otherwise objectionable in our community spaces.
- Impersonating any person or entity, including BoomEpicKill staff or other users.
- Attempting to access, tamper with, or disrupt the Service, its servers, or connected networks.
- Using the Service for any purpose that is unlawful or prohibited by these Terms.
Violation of these conduct rules may result in immediate disqualification, account termination, forfeiture of prizes, and/or a permanent ban from the Service.
9. Anti-Fraud & Fair Play
BoomEpicKill is committed to maintaining a fair and legitimate competition. We employ various methods to detect and prevent fraudulent activity, including but not limited to:
- Monitoring for suspicious wager patterns, including rapid high-volume betting inconsistent with normal gameplay.
- Cross-referencing account information to detect multi-accounting.
- Reviewing data provided by the partner casino's fraud detection systems.
- Investigating reports from community members regarding suspected fraud.
If we determine, at our sole discretion, that a user has engaged in fraudulent or manipulative behavior, we reserve the right to take any or all of the following actions without prior notice:
- Void all leaderboard entries and rankings.
- Forfeit any pending or awarded prizes.
- Permanently ban the user from all future competitions.
- Report the activity to the partner casino and/or relevant authorities.
Our determination of fraud is final and not subject to appeal.
10. Intellectual Property
All content on the Service, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, audio, video, software, design elements, and the overall look and feel of the website (collectively, "Content"), is the property of BoomEpicKill or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
- The BoomEpicKill name, BEK logo, and all related marks are trademarks of BoomEpicKill.
- You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any Content without prior written permission.
- You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms.
- Any unauthorized use of the Content may violate copyright, trademark, and other applicable laws and could result in criminal or civil penalties.
11. User Content & Community
If you submit, post, or share any content through our community channels (including Discord, social media, or any integrated features), you agree that:
- You retain ownership of your content but grant BoomEpicKill a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicensable license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, and display your content in connection with the Service.
- Your content does not infringe upon the rights of any third party.
- We reserve the right to remove any content at our sole discretion, for any reason, without notice.
- You are solely responsible for the content you post and any consequences arising from it.
12. Privacy & Data
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the Service, you consent to the collection, use, and sharing of your information as described therein. Key points include:
- We collect limited personal information necessary to operate the leaderboard and distribute prizes (e.g., username, email, payment details for prize distribution).
- We may receive anonymized or aggregated wager data from the partner casino for leaderboard tracking purposes.
- We use cookies and similar technologies for website functionality and analytics.
- We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
- We implement reasonable security measures to protect your data, but no system is completely secure. You acknowledge and accept this inherent risk.

- Any warranty that the Service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free.
- Any warranty regarding the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of leaderboard data.
- Any warranty regarding the accuracy of any information or content provided through the Service.
BoomEpicKill does not guarantee any specific outcome from participation in the leaderboard competition. Past performance on the leaderboard does not guarantee future results. All gambling involves risk, and you may lose money.
14. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, BoomEpicKill, its owners, operators, affiliates, partners, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to:
- Loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill.
- Financial losses resulting from gambling activity.
- Losses arising from the use of or inability to use the Service.
- Losses arising from any unauthorized access to or alteration of your account or data.
- Losses arising from actions or omissions of the partner casino.
- Any losses exceeding the total amount of prizes you have received from BoomEpicKill in the six (6) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain warranties or liabilities. In such jurisdictions, our liability shall be limited to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.

17. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including but not limited to a breach of these Terms.
Upon termination:
- Your right to use the Service will immediately cease.
- Any pending leaderboard entries may be voided.
- Any prizes that have not yet been distributed may be forfeited.
- Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including ownership, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.
You may terminate your participation at any time by ceasing to use the Service. If you wish to be formally removed from the leaderboard, contact us through the channels listed below.
18. Modifications to Terms
BoomEpicKill reserves the right to modify, update, or replace these Terms at any time at our sole discretion. Changes will be indicated by updating the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page.
We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of significant changes through the website, Discord, or other communication channels. However, it is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically for changes.
Your continued use of the Service following the posting of any changes constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must stop using the Service.
19. Dispute Resolution
Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be resolved as follows:
- Informal Resolution: Before initiating any formal dispute resolution, you agree to first contact BoomEpicKill and attempt to resolve the dispute informally for at least 30 days.
- Governing Law: These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law, without regard to conflict of law principles.
- Waiver of Class Action: You agree that any disputes will be resolved on an individual basis. You waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration.
20. Severability & General Provisions
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision will be enforced to the maximum extent permissible, and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
The failure of BoomEpicKill to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision. No waiver shall be effective unless in writing and signed by an authorized representative of BoomEpicKill.
These Terms, together with any other legal notices and agreements published by BoomEpicKill on the Service, constitute the entire agreement between you and BoomEpicKill concerning the use of the Service.
